We have available 3 packages with the Park Models & Tiny Homes.  

 

#1 Package:  Clean only the Living Areas of trailer.  $150 

 

#2 Package:  Clean Living areas and clean outside patio and cover parking area.  $250 

 

#3 Package:  Clean living area, patio, and exterior of home.  $350  

 

We can create a Custom Package created for the Client's needs.

Consistent Cleaning for RV Rental Units on Property or Units that our purely rented out for travel. 

We can accommodate all areas.  

We have flat fees for Monthly Cleaning Services.

Clean surfaces in house, kitchen, bathrooms and Vacuum.

Full Service Cleaning

Floors swept, vacummed and moped. Trash emptied, dusting of all surfaces, Deep cleaning of all surfaces.  Blinds and windows cleaned.  Bathrooms and Kitchen cleaned.  

 

Up to 25 feet $250.00

26 feet to 40feet $480.00

40 feet plus $12.00 per linear foot

Cleanings can be done on a: 

Weeky, Bi-weekly and Monthly Service.  

We have available 2 packages with the Horse Trailers.  

 

#1 Package:  Clean only the Living Quarters of trailer.  $9.00 per linear foot. 

 

#2 Package:  Clean Living Quarters and clean out stalls of trailer.  We do not discard horse manure.  It will be cleaned and washed out, but discard will be up to owner.  We also wash outside of trailer.  

$15.00 per linear foot

We have flat rate fees for Manufactured Homes.
